Like just about everyone, I was completely shocked when I saw that the Patriots had traded Garoppolo to San Francisco for a measly 2nd round pick. Upon hearing the news I quickly went to Facebook to proclaim it as the worst Patriots' move ever. After having some time to think about it, it really isn't.

Yesterday, I looked at all the recent games the Patriots have played against the Jets. Other than the butt whooping they delivered last Christmas Eve, all of the games had the same issues.
Last Christmas Eve the Patriots gave their fans an early present by destroying the Jets by a score of 41-3. This result was light years away from games against the green in recent years. Here's a quick look at some of those other games.
Patriots fans know that while New England may not have the flashiest of athletes, they have guys that understand the game.
While last week was a great comeback, it would be nice if the Patriots could give the home fans a more convincing home win today. This is what I see as being essential for doing so.
