Lack of time this spring, has led to a lack of posts.  Here's a quick roundup of my current thoughts.

 Pablo Sandoval- AKA "Fat Panda"-  Most baseball fans know that he's a switch-hitter.  Some fans are aware that he can throw with both hands.  I'm thinking that his shoulder injury might come from doing that diet where you eat with your non-dominant hand to lose weight.  Instead of losing weight, he just injured himself.  Hey, I was never a fan of signing him, so I can complain all I want.  

Claude Julien- Totally bummed that he'll be back next year.  I didn't like the extension, and I certainly haven't liked the collapses in recent years.  Glad to see that other fans have finally come around on the talent that Brad Marchand is and the fact that Chara is done and we got stuck paying for what once was.  You can do that in baseball, but with a cap you are screwed.

Celtics- Thought it was funny how everyone is hailing the Celtics' coach Brad Steven's when they all thought they were out of the minds when they gave him the long contract.  While I'd obviously love for them to win it all, I'll be happy if they do good enough to make a free agent who has the respect of the referees (ie. gets the calls) to come to Boston.

Patriots- Blount- yes.  Chandler Jones- so sad, he was one of my favorites.  Martellus Bennett- nice pickup. 

Yes, I've been neglecting my blog recently. While this post isn't completely about sports, my ideas are much too long for just a tweet or FB update. If you've clicked on this, I'm sure you are interested in how the Patriots and Bernie Sanders are alike, and no, it's not because they are from New England.
