Last week I attempted to sit down and write about a few of the top NBA prospects that the Celtics have to choose from assuming they don't trade away their top pick. Instead I ended up writing about why the Celtics should not take Lonzo Ball.

Early this week the NFL owners voted on a few changes which will affect the upcoming season. The Patriots also made a few roster changes including upping Rob Gronkowski's potential paycheck for the 2017 season. I think there might be a small connection between one of the new rule changes and Gronk's new incentives.
The Celtics came dangerously close to tying up the series with the Cavaliers last night, but then Kyrie Irving came two points shy of outscoring the Celtics in the third. Many people are amazed that it was Irving and not LeBron, I guess they are forgetting what happened in 2011.
Yes, it really happened. The Celtics went into the draft lottery with the best chance of bringing home the top pick in this year's draft and they got it. Assuming the Celtics don't make a blockbuster trade and move down in picking order, here are my thoughts on who the Celtics should select.
Last week Bill Belichick was shown taking in game 5 of the Celtics series. Later, many people joked about Belichick helping the Celtics figure out the Wizards' plays. Briefly I wondered which players coach might be scouting for the Patriots should their basketball careers not pan out.
