Going into the half and coming out with adjustments has been the Patriots' thing for as far as I can remember. It was one of the reasons why Belichick would always defer the ball until the second half. Sure, now everyone does it, but it was a Belichick move early on. Regardless of whether or not a team receives the kickoff at the half, their first possession following halftime should be productive. Here's a look at what's been going on with the Patriots this year.

I'm not sure which emotion is stronger: the great feeling you get when your defense scores points, or the miserable feeling when your offense turns the ball over leading to automatic points for your opponent. Regardless, here are some statistics for the 2019 regular season.
With today being a game the Patriots would like to win, but not one which they need to win, my essentials will be a bit all over the place. Sure I would like to see some great football from the Patriots, but not seeing injuries is really what's most important.
In the preseason the Buffalo Bills were ranked 25th by ESPN and 23rd by the NFL. Here we are week 16 and the Bills are coming into Gillette for a pretty meaningful game. Already in the playoffs, can the Bills head into the final week of the regular season tied with the 2nd best record in the AFC and a chance to win the East and potentially grab a bye?
This past weekend the NFL made some changes to their 2019 rule book. Did they announce those changes? No. Did they do everything they could to wipe the rule change from the internet? Yes.
