We've all heard for years the arguments that Brady made Belichick and Belichick made Brady. How about Brady made Gronk? Gronk admits that he doesn't want to play with anyone else. He's also made some chess moves making sure he hasn't had to play with someone else.

In my 8 prior blog posts I took a look at 10 players who many fans feel Belichick let go too soon. I looked at each players' situation and made a call on whether it was too soon or not. Today's post takes a look at player #11. While there were more than 11 players named by fans, a few of them really didn't require at look into.
It was no surprise to me that the player who led the NFL in forced fumbles and was second in sacks this season topped the list of players who Belichick is perceived to have let go too soon. Since day one, Chandler Jones has been an incredible athlete and playmaker. Just this week he was named to the NFL 2010s All-Decade team.
Unless someone comments with a player who really piques my interest, there will be a total of 9 parts to this series. Today, in part 7, I'm going to address three players who were all nominated too many times for me to ignore. Before naming names, I'll just put it out there that combined, these three players were guaranteed $180.1 million. One of the players had a cap hit of $37 million in 2018. For this season they combine for $68.3 million of cap space. Assuming a team doesn't have any rollover cap space, this is 34.4% of this year's cap.
To follow up yesterday's write up about Welker's departure from New England, here is a look at Danny Amendola's. If you are wondering how Amendola made the list of nominees, consider that I posed the question across several social media accounts. I do recall Amendola being pretty popular among the members of a Patriots fan page on Facebook and not my actual readers/followers. Regardless, if a player has the same amount of nominations as Ty Law, I have to take a dive into the situation.
