Last fall after the Ray Rice video was released most people thought Roger Goodell was finished as the NFL commissioner. Many predicted that he wouldn't make it through the weekend.
While all that craziness was going on I made a post titled
Additionally, I also think I volunteered via twitter to fill in as "the commish" for a fraction of his pay.
While it hasn't been a year since the original call for his job, he has cashed in something fierce. In less than one calendar year he's pretty much made the same amount of money that the city of Boston paid for snow removal last winter ($40 million).
In case you didn't see the picture above, for every day that Goodell holds onto his job he makes over $120,000.
