BILLS HELD BELOW THEIR AVERAGES- I'd first off like to see the Patriots hold the Bills below their averages: 26.9 points, 130 rushing yards, 243 passing yards, and 374 overall yards. This should be a pretty doable task for the defense, as their averages are all below that even with having played 6 games against top ten offenses and the two blowouts. With all of their injuries this season, the Patriots defense is still pretty much in the top ten. Usually a bend but don't break defense, they aren't really bending a whole lot as they are actually top 10 in total defense. If not for all of the non-offensive scores early in the season, they would be a top 10 scoring defense as well.
NO TURNOVERS- Since we are building towards next year, not having any turnovers today would be nice. Ball security is key to success in the NFL for both teams and individuals.
KICKS MADE- I'm still not quite sure what to think about Chad Ryland. His missed kicks against the Jets made that win much closer than it needed to be. His misses in the two blowouts really didn't matter at the end of the day. His misses against the Giants and Colts likely had an effect on the outcome, yet also helped with our draft pick. With his big make last week and the fact that the coaches have his back, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. It would be nice to see him close out the season without any more misses.
NO INJURIES- Once again, I'd like to see an injury free game. This also goes for the Bills. With the playoffs just ahead and the likely chance that they play the Chiefs, I'd like them to be healthy for that.
PLAYING FOR BELICHICK- Getting rid of Belichick after this season is ludicrous. I'd like to see another game where people realize that he hasn't "lost the locker room".
