Since playing a flu induced lethargic game one last Friday night, the Boston Bruins have upped the intensity in their series against the Red Wings. After being shut out on their home ice on Tuesday, the Red Wings may be bringing back Henrik Zetterberg sooner than intended.
According to the Red Wings News Feed, Zetterberg will be a game time decision. As a Bruins fan, I really don't care if they bring back Zetterberg. If the Bruins can bring the intensity they brought last game, I think the Bruins will once again be victorious.
The one thing I hope I see is some more close calls with octopi and Tuukka Rask during the pregame. While I don't think he is a player who needs extra motivation, I think it does fire him and his teammates up early.
Another thing I hope to see is the Bruins avoiding any unnecessary penalties. On Tuesday there were a few situations where we were playing defense and the Red Wings looked like they were trying to draw a hooking penalty.
The one thing I'd like to see some improvement on is clearing the puck. We had a couple close calls getting the puck out of our end after we held it back trying to get a line change. Other than that, keep doing what we're doing and we should be heading back to Boston up 3-1.
