While eating some foods to increase your testosterone levels may now be on your list of things to do, there’s another not so fun way the levels could be out of whack. Health problems with adrenal glands as well as having hormone producing tumors are two not so fun ways of having T levels out of whack. Assuming Edelman really doesn’t know what’s going on, he should probably look into those two issues and maybe lay off the oysters.
Upon finding out that Julian Edelman would start the 2018 season with a 4 game suspension, Patriot fans and haters all had something to say. Not being allowed to say much about the situation with the appeal’s process in play, Edelman penned the following apology onto his Instagram account.
Many people looked at this apology as being pretty typical and didn’t “buy it” for one reason or another. After a weekend of speculation and research into the NFL drug policy, it was unanimously accepted that based on the timing and number of games he had to have tested positive for a performance enhancer and wasn’t popping Mollies at a horse race.
Yesterday another intriguing nugget of information came to light as word spread that they didn’t recognize a substance in Edelman’s test. While this makes Julian’s apology sound authentic, it does make you question what the H E ?? is going on.
Is there just something random in his test? Did he test for higher than normal testosterone levels and then they realized that there’s some unknown substance in his test? Is it really an unknown substance or is it just a substance that you don’t expect to find in someone’s urine sample? If it really is an unknown substance, shouldn’t scientists beyond the pee doctors be looking into this? For scientific purposes shouldn’t Edelman’s non-NFL friends get tested for this scientific marvel? If it really is a new discover is it going to be named Edelman-11?
While we may never get the answer to those questions, there are many natural ways that someone could have elevated testosterone levels. According to this Men’s Health article the following foods can boost T levels: grapes, tuna, pomegranate, venison, garlic, honey, and cabbage. The website prostate.net includes oysters, olive oil, oats, Brazil nuts, and beets on their list of natural testosterone boosters.

Talk about irresponsible "journalism" (to use the term ridiculously broadly).

I did that after asking out loud if the NFL just randomly found something they’ve never seen before, or if he had a high level which led to the questions.
