Some are calling it a Super Bowl preview. Some are making comparisons between the men wearing jersey number twelve. I just think it should be a competitive game with very few mistakes from the quarterbacks.
Depending on how you look at each teams offensive statistics you can argue that one team is slightly better than the other. If you look at yards per play the advantage goes to the Packers. If you look at game stats then the advantage goes to the Patriots. Both teams are a lot more likely to take away the ball than give it up. When it comes to who is likely to give up the ball, the Packers have several players who have been in the holiday spirit a bit early. Amazingly Tom Brady is the only offensive player who had had a turnover for the Pats this season.
As a Patriots fan I'm hoping that the Packers defense holds true and gives up a few big rushing plays. As I wrote last night, I think there is a good chance that Gronkowski and Wright have some big games.
As has been the case all season, the Patriots have the players to win the game if Josh McDaniels makes the correct calls.
