- Talib says he hasn't had a hip problem since playing for Tampa Bay and the Patriots have their own way of reporting injuries. Says he had a bone bruise during AFC Championship. I'm not really sure if this claim really helps his case. It makes me think that he must be "soft".
- The Broncos are winning the free agency sweepstakes. The Broncos play in Denver, Colorado. Marijuana is legal in Colorado. I wonder if there is a connection. While the NFL still does not allow players to use it, members of the players' entourages can do so legally.
- The Bruins play the Canadiens tonight and try to keep the winning streak alive. Hamilton is out (healthy scratch) and Meszaros is in. Paille is out (concussion) and Caron is in. Bruin killer Thomas Vanek will be playing his first home game in Montreal. The Canadiens are still without goalie Carey price. As usual, this game will be close.
- Last we saw Claude Julien he was looking rather sunburnt. I wonder if he is going to be shiny or peeling tonight.
- The Celtics host the Knicks at home tonight. With the Celtics and Bruins playing at the same time my remote control is going to get a workout.
- Random though about remote controls- are there any remote controls that let you toggle between 3 channels? Or maybe make presets like a car radio?
- I'm so ready for the MLB season to begin. If I hear another caller call in a radio station and talk about Stephen Drew I might lose my mind.
- One of the best "Sports Sundays" is coming up this week. Good luck on your brackets.
