You know this would look great in your office, man cave, etc. Message me to purchase.
No random statistics.  No off the wall ideas.  Just some brief thoughts on hot topics surrounding my favorite professional teams.
CELTICS-  Yes, I'm leading off with the Celtics.  Tonight we will see how the ping pong balls fall.  Worst case scenario is that the Celtics walk away with the 8th pick in this years draft.  Obviously as most fans are, I'm hoping we do much better than that.  Regardless of which pick we do get, I would love to see a deal get made for Kevin Love.  If you read my blog post yesterday, you know what I like about him.  If you didn't, check it out here.  I think getting our hands on Love this summer would sway Rondo to getting a long term deal done.  Rondo loves to give the ball up to a scorer and Love is that guy.  Rondo is a competitor and doesn't want to wait around for a young guy to develop.  Love is already there.  In my opinion we already have the complementary players on the team.
BRUINS- A little over a week ago everyone was talking about how we totally won the Seguin trade, now everyone is calling in to the radio stations complaining.  Seriously?  We lost to Montreal because of players who have been on the team for multiple years and have absolutely nothing to do with that trade.  The guys involved with the trade were the only players who consistently showed up to play and managed to get the puck in the ******* net.

So, Chara had a busted finger.  As I've said before, Julien relied way too much on him down the stretch.  I don't think he was worn down from the long season, so it had nothing to do with the Olympics or playing for the President's Cup.  He just had way too many minutes in the playoffs.  Obviously, sitting him would be absolutely ludicrous.  But why the heck was he out there on the power play?  Our power play stunk because we kept putting out players who were struggling offensively.

RED SOX- Yeah, they are killing me.  I really wish someone would just sign JD Drew so people could stop talking about bringing him back.  Yesterday Mazz was talking about changing the lineup so Bogaerts would lead off, Victorino would be second, Pedroia third, Ortiz cleanup and Napoli fifth.  Love it.  Pedroia is way more likely to take RBIs away from Ortiz by knocking them in himself than taking the bat out of his hands.  Pedroia understands how to hit in front of and run the bases in front of Big Papi.

PATRIOTS- Ty Law was voted into the New England Patriots Hall of Fame and Bill Parcells was not.  I'm totally in agreement with this.  It's simple really.  As a Patriot Ty Law was one of the best to play the game.  While Bill Parcells is without a doubt a Hall of Fame coach, I just don't believe he is a Patriots Hall of Fame coach.  Allowing him into the club would be watering down the award in my opinion.  Yes, moves he pulled withing the NFL helped create the dynasty, but those moves really didn't have a whole lot to do with him and his job coaching the New England Patriots.

In general most people have given the Patriots a bad grade for the draft.  That's okay.  The Patriots are about winning games and not drafts.  I'm sure by September there will be at least one rookie on the team that other teams will wonder how Belichick ended up with him.  Then there will be another player
in October that some team will have released that suddenly is a playmaker for the Pats.  Fast forward a few more years and a rookie from the class of 2014 will be sought after from all the other teams in the league.
