PRICE IS RIGHT FOR CANADIENS

Of course for the past hour I was hoping I could tweet "the Price is wrong", but no such luck.  Wow, did that suck.  After making two comebacks in the 3rd period and then to lose.  Now it's 11:30 and I don't think anybody in New England will be able to get to sleep.
Luckily the hockey playoffs are a best of seven and we are still very alive in the postseason.  I don't know what was worse, the fact that we had tons of opportunities to score and didn't connect or the fact that Subban scored two goals including the game winner.  Seriously, how many times are we going to have a puck go behind a goalie and miraculously avoid going into the net?
Another thing that seems to happen a lot is that we do a great job screening Tuukka from shots but seem to be puck magnets when a teammate is shooting on net.  In other words, would-be goals end up deflecting off of our own players.  If we could switch that around in the next game, that would be helpful.  He'd probably also appreciate it if we could avoid taking him out multiple times per game.

Cary Price was awesome tonight.  Forty-eight saves is incredible.  He barely saved over 90% in his last series where he saw 104 shots and now he saves 94%.  Yeah, he needs to stop doing that too.

What it really comes down to is special teams.  They scored in 2 of the 3 power play opportunities they had while we went 0-2. So that great penalty kill thing we had going is gone.  Hopefully, we can get that back and try and do a better job avoiding dumb penalties.

Besides the fact that it was just one game and it takes four wins to move on, the other positive I'll  leave you with is the great play by the young guys.  ust throwing out a number I'd say the guys under the age of 25 played better than the experienced ones.  Although they didn't transpire into points, there were an awful lot bad decisions being made by players who have garnered individual awards throughout the years.
