While Andrew Luck has always struggled with not throwing some passes to the Patriots, in his limited playing time this season he has struggled with not throwing it to any of his opponents. This season he already has thrown 7 interceptions. In total he and and his teammates have combined for 12 giveaways. Last year everyone wanted to jump on the bandwagon and claim that the Patriots had underinflated balls to credit for their lack of turnovers. Well, with the umpires all over their balls this season they seem to be doing A-Okay with just two turnovers.
Offensively, the Patriots should be able to score at will tonight. The Colts have haven't stopped them in years and really haven't stopped anyone yet this year. As is almost always the case, the Patriots need to avoid getting in their own way. If they avoid trying to get too cute, Ryan Allen should have another game where he serves as Gostkowski's holder.
Assuming the Colts ever get a chance to punt, I expect Amendola to have a big return and break one probably for a score.
