After practice Brady and fellow Michigan alum Winovich got in some extra work.
Today’s practice was a real scorcher, after cooling down here are my thoughts and pictures.
Jake Bailey holds for Gostkowski.
Punting Competition- Ryan Allen looked good as usual with his excellent placement of kicks. Jake Bailey showed some serious hangtime. Jake also had holding duties for Gostkowski for the day.

Running Backs- Sony Michel was out there running plays with the first group and looking solid. He did get a bit of a reaming from Brady when he lined up incorrectly on a play. Brandon Bolden was back to bulldozing through the defense as in previous years.

Defense- Harmon had a nice pick off of a deflection during 11 vs 11s. Jonathan Jones appeared to get a hand on every pass thrown his direction. From the drills I was watching, I was most impressed with Jones.
Rookie Ryan Davis
N’Keal Harry- Struggled a bit. He did show some athleticism and strength when he came down and gained possession on a ball that Jason McCourty also had his hands on for a while. His worst whoops of the day was when he was wide open in the middle of the field and couldn’t hold onto the ball. Without access to replay, it looked like it might have been one of those catch and then fumble plays.
