So, it's the Wednesday before the AFC Championship game and Tom Brady did not practice because of flu-like symptoms.  Long snapper Danny Aiken was also sent home from Gillette Stadium with similar symptoms.  Now, there is no need to panic, so step off the ledge and continue reading.
Well, if we look back at history (ie. google the words Tom Brady and flu) we will see that Brady really isn't a stranger to the flu.  As a matter of fact, he seems to catch it more than the average person.  This is not the first time Brady has potentially had the flu before a big game.  In 2005 he had a temperature of 103 the night before playing in the AFC Championships against the Steelers.  Relax, we won that game by a score of 41-27.  Brady was 14/21 and threw for 207 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Not bad for having an IV in your arm the night before.

Brady's other documented flu game was a 34-3 victory over the Bills in 2010.  While beating the Bills may not compare to his victory against Pittsburgh, it does show that he's done it recently and puts his record at 2-0 with the flu.  According to the Boston Herald:
Brady also missed the Wednesday workout before the 2011 AFC Championship Game against the Ravens, and the Patriots still won the game.

As you are probably well aware, the flu is catchy and it probably would be difficult to march into Denver and pull off an upset if members of the team come down with it this week.  Yes, that is absolutely true and that's why I'm going to quickly share the big 3 natural supplements you should take to avoid and beat the flu.

Elderberry Extract- fights the flu

Echinacea- boosts your immune system

Goldenseal- help get toxins out of your system
