- The Celtics have another late game as they are facing Golden State for the first time this season. This is their fourth stop on their west coast road trip. So far they are winless on this trip.
- Boston has lost 6 games in a row and and are currently ten games below .500.
- Jared Sullinger has been racking up the flagrant fouls lately. After having his most recent fouls reviewed, his current tally is at 5. One more and he will need to serve a one game suspension.
- Marshon Brooks has been called back up to Boston after getting his game going while playing for the D League Maine Red Claws.
- Rajon Rondo plans on making his return prior to the All-Star Break. Whether it's January or February we will have to wait and see.
- Although it doesn't seem like it when you're watching them, the Celtics get 49.4% of all possible rebounds during their games and average only 1 more turnover than their opponents.
