While sports fans in Boston bounce back and forth from NESN to NESNplus tonight, the Bruins will try to bounce back from last night's loss to the Red Wings. The Bruins will face their second playoff hungry competitor in two nights.
The Maple Leafs are just about to the point of desperation when it comes to getting enough points to get into the playoffs. A quick look at the standings shows that they are just one point out of getting a wildcard. Unfortunately for the Leafs, if you take a closer looker you will see that they have played more games than the teams they are both chasing and being chased by. Besides wanting to get two points off the Bruins tonight, the Maple Leafs probably want to make the Bruins pay for letting the Red Wings have two last night.
If the Bruins win tonight they will take the season series 3-1 and be one step closer to clinching the conference.
