GOOD-After going up 10-7 late in the half the Patriots actually deciding to go for more points instead of just taking the usual knee with less than a minute left. While they didn't score on that drive they did end up getting the ball back and kicking a field goal to go up 13-7.
LUCKY- The loose ball staying in bounds allowing for a Patriots fumble recovery.
GOOD- Completion to LaFell on 3rd and 9 heading out of the break. Next play was touchdown pass to Tyms. Tyms made one heck of a catch and Bills missed an opportunity to turn the momentum.
GOOD- Patriots won the turnover battle and capitalized on all of them.
GOOD- While they gave up more yards and points than they would like to, they caused 3 turnovers and had 5 sacks. They also made stops early in the game never allowing the Bills to take a lead.
GOOD- Scored on the last 5 possession of the game. Three touchdowns and 1 field goal in the second half.
WORST- Injuries to Ridley, Connolly and Mayo.
BAD- Gronkowski appearing injured for a spell.
BAD- Edelman not calling for a fair catch and then basically getting hit by a truck.
BETTER- Although three and outs are never good, the timing of them made them acceptable as they pretty much came after short defensive stints.
BEST- A variety of players were involved in the Patriots' offense, hopefully officially earning the trust of Tom Brady. LaFell had 2 TDs while Tyms and Wright had 1 each.
GOOD- Chandler Jones looked pretty healthy out there.
STILL NOT SURE- Patriots went away from the run game and Ridley pretty quickly. Not sure if it went along with Connolly injury.
