Six games into the young NBA season the Celtics have one more win than the Cleveland Cavaliers. Yes, they have played one more game, but still they are 3-3 and have won two games in a row. Tonight's victory was pretty impressive considering they lost Marcus Smart for a few weeks last night with an ankle injury and Rajon Rondo was unavailable tonight since he was having a screw taken out of his wrist while the team was playing in Chicago.

The Bruins are currently averaging 2.69 goals per game which puts them pretty much smack dab in the middle of all NHL teams this season. They have come a long way from their first 4 games of the season when they only collected 4 goals. Three games into their NBA season the Boston Celtics are 1-2 (1-0 at home). If you haven't taken the time to watch them play this season, I suggest you do. Although they have lost their past 2 games they are a fun team to watch and shouldn't be counted out. Three games in, here are three thoughts about the team.
So here we are, the calendar just turned to November, we just gained an hour of sleep, voting is two days away, and oh yeah the 6-1 Broncos are in Foxboro to take on the 6-2 Patriots. Why would I need to when this game may determine the site of this year's AFC Championship.
For the past week I've been trying to write a post about the many ways the Boston Bruins could benefit from having Zdeno Chara out of the lineup for a couple of months. Of course, the first set back to that post was time as I had a busy week. Then I finally got a chance to get it almost finished when I inadvertently unplugged my laptop and lost 75% of it. Now here it is Saturday and two games later and I'm finally going to give you my two cents.
